Two quick observations...
1) The crop on this is too tight. The boy seems cramped, jammed up against the left edge as he is. The bottom of the frame cuts right through his knuckles, and it cuts off the bike's wheel (akin to "amputating" a human subject by cropping at a joint). Taking this with just a bit wider capture would help tremendously IMO.
2) The exposure looks good on most of the shot, you've gone as bright as you can without blowing any of his shirt. The problem with natural light from this direction is that, with his helmet on, none of it gets to most of his face, particularly his eyes. Some fill flash into that helmet would help draw attention from the bright white shirt onto his face.
