Hmm. I don't taste "added salt", but then again, that mustard kind of kills taste-buds, so maybe. The odd thing is there are no vitamins listed. I would have thought peas would have some amount of vitamines. Oh well, I'm convinced that they are not bad for me, and they were cheap.Here is what I found... so the answer is yes, unless you are on a low carb diet. They pretty much have the same Nutrional value as peas, but with more salt I would think.
