The circus came to town, and it's every bit as awesome as I'd hoped it'd be!

They actually DO shoot people from cannons! WHAT?! So cool.

Only ever been to one circus and loved it but it never had much of what is in these shots.
So a little bit of envy has shown up on me as I would love to see more stuff like this.

Thanks! Yeah, it was awesome. The Xtreme show does a lot of this stuff. There were tigers too. My mom got us front row seats, too!

The acrobats are always amazing! Do they still do the canon thing? I was terrified of that when I was little and would always shut my eyes so never got to see it. When I last took my daughter to the circus it was a smaller one (Big Apple) and they didn't do the shooting out of the canon thing.

Sad to hear the show has been closed. It's probably a good thing as far as the animals go, but I will miss it.
