Hello everyone! I'm pretty fortunate to get to travel with my work. This time, I'm in Lithuania and I got to visit a pretty amazing place: the Hill of Crosses. This was a place of pilgrimage in the 12th century but more recently stood as a symbol of peaceful resistance during the Soviet occupation of Lithuania. They even tried to bulldoze it more than three times. Each time more crosses were put up. Nowadays it has more than 150 000 crosses from all over the world. You don't have to be religious (I'm certainly not) to recognize how impressive this little hill is, especially in person. Here's a few shots:
