The tilted horizon on this one is definitely something that has a negative impact to the overall shot for me. Was there any intention to the tilt, or was it accidental?

In terms of the subject, I'm immediately interested in what the crowd of people is all about. It seems as though there is a story here, but I'm left wondering what exactly the story is. I'd love for more of a "story" to be told.

Technically, other than the tilted horizon, I think the black and white tones of the shot look really good, with good contrast and what to appears to have been a good exposure.

Yeah it was an accident, I tried doing a quick shot in order to get the story of the mother killing the child and the street slopes downward. Im trying to figure how to rotate it, im a noob to photoshop still

I did catch that headline, which I found interesting. Great job of timing the capture on that. Fixing the horizon will go a long way!
