Went to great Irish folk band on Friday eve, and this guy caught my eye after the show. I'm not a people photographer (partly due to the restrictive privacy laws in Germany). As always C&C more than welcome.

Thank you. Unfortunately it is not allowed to post pictures of people (if they are recognizable) without out their explicit consent, under German privacy laws. So I guess I will stay with the critters, and the occasional silhouette

Its a tough call, if I ask them before taking the shot then I lose 'the moment', if I chase after them after taking the shot, they will probably be 'offended' with me taking a shot without their permission.
If I understand the law correctly I can take pictures of anyone in public, it is just that I'm not allowed to publish them (ie post them on the internet).
