The Sometimes Clumsy But Always Funny... Juvi Green Herons

Back at a local spot, it seems like another set of green heron young have hatched, I found a few nests and a spot they like to stand on nearby.

they are very small clumsy but I really enjoy these little herons

I really wish the branch was not in the way, but this really showed the color and detail in the feathers when the light hits them.

7) yeah the head is OOF, because DOF was so shallow, but it was funny how he caught himself just hopping around on the branches.

Very nice--green herons are such fun to watch anyway, I can just imagine watching the clumsy young'uns!
