Lightning! I finally got some shots of the stupid plasma. It never just lightly sprinkles here. When it decides to rain, all hell breaks loose...or Heaven....whichever idiom you prefer.

Nice captures. If you can, start scoping out vantage points if lightning shows like that happen often. I got lucky with my one good strike capture, but it was taken from a spot that was elevated and had a wide field of view. Once you find a good spot you can start thinking about composing your shots for a really stellar image.
