Things to do in winter

Crikey mate...what I said...more of that stuff and you´re cooking with gas!

You´re in my hometown even....get up there on Mt Eden (have a coffee at Circus Circus while you´re there!), and into the Waitak´s...Piha, Lion Rock, Karekare...shoot down into the bays when the storms are rolling in. Not even Edward Weston never had landscapes so good to play in.

Get into it.

ohh you know auckland well then? i have taken some shots down into a small bay on the west coast but they didnt turn out so good. i have decided to do a photojournal on my day as a delivery driver, my brother is going to take the shots hopefully next week sometime (have to cram some photography in him on the weekend )

If you were in the States, you could just take a few days off and go on a road trip. There's always somewhere warmer (or cooler) less than a day away. Obviously, if you were in the States, it would be summer for you now, therefore the point is moot.

I have taken photo down to about -60 degrees below zero. If the battery doesnt go dead by freezing in like 10-15mins the shutter will freeze up.
