Thru the trees

While searching for photo ops in Tamarac NWR last fall, I turned my lens, peered through the trees, and found this.
So, what do you think? I wish that little diagonal branch in the center wasn't there, but I guess you get what's there. I sure wasn't gonna wade through thigh-deep muck to remove it!

Composition is interesting - nice bit of colour contrast, but too much of it is out of focus for me.
