Tide pool

I snapped this tide pool crab in San Diego and I really like the shot, but it hasn't gotten much response from others. Anything I'm not seeing? C&C would be welcome.

Well, it's a mostly out of focus crab.

Its not doing anything special for me, it seems to look ok as a small size but when I click it to blow it up it just seems like a very close up almost in focus crab.

Maybe if the crab was not covered in water in would stand out more against the background, so a dry crab and wet background

That's probably the issue right there; there was water pouring over the crab as he was scuttling from one pool to another and the surf would wash over him. Because the moment is burned into my head, in my mind I see the water rushing over him, but to others he just looks blurry and wet.
