Here's my first critique thread. I like the industrial feel, and the bulletholes are pretty cool too.

I'll take ANY and all advice, I'm a big noob.

I like especially #2 (it gives the best view of the box, which I assume is your subject). Can you tell us the details (speed, aperture, etc.)?

I like the series, but missing the bullet holes.
They're easiest to see on #3. All the rusty circles are bulletholes from a LONG time ago, as they are fairly pitted these days.

Very minimal PS, only contrast a tiny bit of saturation. It was hard to get any steady photos, even with a tripod, as the ground was shaking, and it was like being in a windtunnel. Kind of a rush actually.

I set my camera up ahead of time with intentions of making changes during the passage, but I was having a time of it, just getting AF to work, and bracketing for proper exposure. That's why the exif is so similar, shot-to-shot.

you should go back again and take the picture with a little higher shutter speed to give the train little more detail.

i agree
raise the SS, and that will give you a lot more detailed photograph.

i really like these angles though

good work

i like the third one the best. train seems like a ghost trying to get out of the picture.
