This looks good on my phone but way too blue for the stormy sky on my pc monitor. It was just before sunset so still some blue up there. I did not add any color, in fact I think I desaturated a bit... thoughts?

I made the sand more brownish.
 
assuming the right side was underexposed and brought up in post? The colors look fine though
 
looks on the cool side of spectrum to me.
 
I agree it seems a tad cool. Other than that my only issue is the halo over top the trees and building. For some reason it's pretty distracting to me in this image. It's a nice scene, otherwise.
 
Here is how I would have edited it. Granted I'm only working with a tiny jpeg, but you get the idea.

-Warmed it slightly
-Widened the crop a tad
-Set the black and white points (setting the white point made the biggest difference int he sky by adding much more tonal range up there which naturally reduced the blue overtone)
-selective adjustments to the sky with a graduated filter
-Overall adjustments to exposure, contrast, clarity, highlights, and shadows
