To buy, or not to buy

I posted this in the Digital Q&A, but there's not much going on there so I thought I'd post it here too.

Rumor has it that Canon is going to release the 40D sometime in September.

I'm trying to decide if I should hold out for the 40D or just go ahead and get the 30D. Anyone have suggestions? (The only differences seem to be a 10.1 MP sensor and an anti-dust feature. Maybe it's not that big of a deal?)

Holding out will give you much more buying power on the 30D if you decide to go that route.
