Toronto area food photographers - can you help me?

Hi, I am a graphic designer working for a food manufacturer in the Toronto area (Ontario, Canada), and I am also an "advanced amateur" photographer. Before starting this job 2 years ago I had not done food photography, but my employer (who saw my portfolio) wanted me to "do it all". I've come a long way in two years, but when I look at professional food photography I know I have a ways to go yet.

I am wondering if there are any Toronto-area food photographers who would be willing to let me come in to the studio for a day and see your studio set up, and how you work? I don't do the food styling (we have chefs here for that), but I would like to see how to properly light food in action.
