I love trains. Everything about them is massive.

It's an okay shot, but it bothers me that I can't see the front of the train.

Agreed -- this is a cool (and unusual) viewpoint, but I would like to either see the start of the train (for a sense of action, moving into the photo) or else the very end (again, a sense that things are moving through).

True enough: no train without the engine. I miss that one...
Otherwise: the tones are really nice here.

needs a engine ,,,not bad tho,,I do a lot of trains myself

I like trains too - you should see the trains that move through this region of PA. I agree with everyone else - it needs an engine.

Thanks for all the crituques, and I agree-I love the engines. Just to explain, this train was stopped under a bridge that I passed over, so I stopped and went back to the top of the bridge and shot it from with both sides of the bridge.. I couldn't see the engine at the other end-it was too far away.. But it was really neat to be over a train like that.

Here are some others that I got that I haven't played with:

Thank you, Corinna. I appreciate that, because I didn't just desaturate it like I normally do.. I've been doing a Photoshop tutorial, and it just covered the black and white adjustment sliders, and I did what looked good to me.. Glad you liked it.
