The top of the tree is cut off. If the tree is your subject, leave the tombstones out. Maybe a try different angle or a wide angle lens.The tree looks out of focus on my screen and a tad overexposed. Very interesting looking tree.
I agree about cutting off the edges of the tree, but not about removing the tombstones. The subject isn't so much the tree by itself, but the juxtaposition of the tree and the tombstones.
I would, however, probably taken a step or two to your left. I don't know if this would make a better picture, but it's still what I would do.
crop from the right to just before the cross under the tree. From the top just enough to hold a good aspect ratio. IMO could use a tiny bit of clarity and vibrance, but that is just personal taste.
