Hy!
I bought a new Giottos MTL 3361B tripo. All the latches feels tight, but two of the legs are too lose. It's collapses under the camera weight. I have read on a forum that the leg latches can be adjusted using the giottos tool kit, but none of the tools fit in the screw. I tried to tighten it with a hex wrench, but it was a poor quality one, and it had broken. How can I tighten the legs?

Take it back to the retailer and either have them do it or replace the tripod. Giottos has always had excellent warranty & customer service, so I doubt there will be any problem.

I solved the problem! You have to lift up the latches before tightening the screws, otherwise you can't tighten it (just to brake the wrench by forcing it).
