im a big nature buff and ive just recieved some filters in the mail here is my pentax istd with a 16-45mm lense and a 4+filter

what do u guys think?

That first one reminds me of those horror flicks where the bugs are twice of humans! The second one is too dark, though...can't see the grasshopper!

its a somewhat less and less common insect that hunts and kills other insect, very helpful

i found it along the side of the highway on sunday

All kidding aside I like the first one best.
 
I think the detail you are getting is fantastic. Is there anyway you can put the little bugga (hahahaha -sorry) on an indoor plant or summat to make the surrounds more interesting and natural?
 
i plan on doing so, i was just testing out the capabilities

i intented t do a series of microfauna shots

i have some toads to assist me in this
 
alright here is a pic of a fowlers toad, i had some others but i really like the closeup with this one, because u dont usually see a closeup of this common american toad

by the by with the mantis with the blue bk i was using a star filter which adds a slight softening effect
