Trying out the new camera- Skateboarding

i wanted to try out my new rebel xt so i took it to the skate park with my friends. i just have the standard 18-55mm lense on there. let me know what you think!

I like the first one but is the second one set up? If it's not I think you should have went for a slower shutter speed.

supprisingly no the second one is not setup, your right slower shutter speed, and more of a wider angle, would have been nice to get his arm in the picture.
