i took about 100 pictures today and i really like how this one came out...converted to b&w with channel mixer

do you think it would have been better with a polarizer to ease that glare?

Im not sure, the way it is now my eye seems to be drawn to that great looking flower pot and the cat is more background then anything. I think if the cat was the subject then the filter definatly would have helped but I like it as it is with the flower pot as the focal point. Maybe someone more experienced will have a different view.

yeah that makes sense and i personally don't think the cat is big enough to be the main subject of this shot..the flower pot it is! thanks for the comments guys
