upload photos

Hi guys!

I need help in uploading photos. I had created an album, then started to upload a photo from my laptop, but thing is happening. On my top right of the window it's showing a square with a circle in it and that's just going round and around and nothing has happened.

Can someone tell where I am going wrong in upload please.

How big is the photo and how good is your connection? If you are uploading a fullsize photo from a large mp camera it could be simply that its taking a lot of time to upload all the data. Resizing to 1000pixels on the longest side often help resolve this (and is plenty big enough for viewing online)

I took it down to 800 to see if that helped but still the same.

Have you tried another site like flickr or imgur?

I have signed in to flickr but I can't remember how to transfer photos to the sites.

Overread I had tried your method and I'm still having trouble. I can upload on the post fine but when it comes to my album no I can't. I feel a right twit. I didn't click on save.
