Uploading to Print

Does anyone use an IE uploader to upload photos to a site to be printed. If so, do you know if it is Advanced Uploader? I have been having problems getting it to load and from research it should pop up with an 'ActiveX' box, but it doesn't. Other than that, it seems that it is because it has to be a Microsoft 2000 or later version, and Internet 6.0 or later version. None of these work. It appears it is the security settings that might be blocking it. If you use one, would anyone be willing to either post or PM me what your generic settings are, or give any tips?
