vB Post Count Bug or Feature?

Hi!

I'm new to The Photo Forum, but am not new to forums in general. (I was a founder and admin on another forum.) While I don't care to game post counts, it seems for some reason less than half of my posts are being counted. For instance, prior to this post my profile showed I'd made 6 posts. Looking at the actual posts I made, the forum shows 14, including one new thread (a thread in the "Welcome" forum).

Is there some weighting to posts for new members, whereby 2 or 3 noob posts equals 1 regular member post? Is there some weighting to posts for all members? Alternatively, is there some problem with vB?
