I'm quite taken with the first two. The first image grabbed me with the colors but the second one took hold of my eyes and refused to let go. the lines in @2 are just great!

Hi Corinna... well I'm not certain anymore what I told you but as I'm a schoolteacher I'm bound to the official holiday dates to get some time off work, and I had a week off last week when I went to Venice... so I couldnt make it to the meetup as there's no break scheduled for these dates :-(

the sky is amazing, and the movement in #1 doesnt bother me at all, it adds to the picture, this is a wall hanger for sure.
