Erm, there's really nothing you can do with cameras in mobile phones. But I guess it's an interesting subject. I would prefer if you shot the moment where the food is being cooked.

Tip for next time: I would bring a digital compact camera or a dSLR (if you have one) and find interesting subjects.

actually there's quite a lot you can do with mobile phones. Tip: focus on light not equipment.

tofu...? i live in indonesia for a while, i know it's tofu made from soy bean, the yellow color from turmeric or curcumin
