I'm not a portrait guy, but I like the second one, and now we'll go to an opinion that actually matters....

I agree #2 is much the stronger of the two, but I wish she was looking toward the camera and that her elbow wasn't cropped off.

It might be my screen but in #1 her shirt is just a little bright for me...In #2 ditto previous comments with the elbow and where she is focusing.
