checkd your flickr page...i like your close up tight edit style of photography...of these pixs here i like the first best...good work!

What do you mean by vintange? These are too close to know what type of plane they are. Would you mind listing the types of planes? These are nice sharp pictures. I like them.

thanks for the nice comments!

to the best of my recollection...

on the three posted here:

- the blue Cessna was a 1980 C182 with a crazy STOL kit added - canard, vortex generators, tundra tires, and probably an engine upgrade
- the rivets are on the wing of a real WWII B-17 bomber - awesome to watch it take off and then do a bombing run over the field this morning as it left town - what a roar from those 4 big radial engines
- the exhaust pipe is on a current model Coast Guard helicopter

on my flickr set:
- details from one of the last 3 airworthy Zeros
- 1940's Cessna 140
- 1930's Army Air Corps trainer - 5-cylinder radial
- small fleet of Yakovlev 52's
- 1944 Stearman biplane
- small fleet of P-51 Mustangs

nice shots but do you have any of the B17 or P51 flying?
