Virtual Tour Software

I'm looking for some good software to do 360 degree virtual tours, using a stitched together panorama shots taken with my nikon d70. Any tips? And what focal length should I use for best results (between 18mm-300mm)...

The software could perferably be free, since I'm doing this for a school project.

I know apple has some 360 software that runs on quicktime. Might want to check out this site, in the about or faq section
