Vista program: Rotate an photo in any direction?

Is there any program that can rotate an photo in any direction? I have tried photoscape but i can only rotate from left to right. I would like to make this photo flat (So the photo gets more up from the right: http://s30.postimg.org/4jaxmylbl/Photo.jpg I should really appreciate some help.

vertical and horizontal correction.
many programs including Adobe Lightroom can do that. But don't expect it to make it picture perfect as taht photo is seriously skewed. As you adjust you also have to crop the photo more and more too.

There's free stuff like GIMP out there, which I've never used but probably has that feature.

Thank you very much for your help! I tried GIMP out but it didn't got that function. Is there any other program besides from Photoshop that can do free correction of Perspective in any direction? How to Correct Perspective

I notice that Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 has this tool: Straighten crooked photos taken from difficult angles. Does it Straighten up from any angles? I suppose that this function is in newer version of the program too? I want the the photo to the bottom left in the photo that i posted to be straighten up from the right bottom corner.

If all you need are the two photos that are complete in the picture then you can do a horizontal transform and just a bit of rotation in Lightroom. Any further correction would be best done in PhotoShop. In GIMP you should be able to use the Perspective Tool.

Rotating is only part of the answer. Perspective correction to take care of the keystoning would also be needed.

This is a photo of an Magazine. Is it also possible to make a page from a Magazine like this to be flat?

that is a complex curve and the picture will probably look weird but who knows?
