Want a videocamera with decent photo capability

Hi! I want to buy a videocamcorder with descent photo quality. I like the specs of the Canon Obtura 600 but I'm not sure if the photo has a good quality, I don't spect something superior, only a quality similar to any sony point and shot.

And also if some of you have a referenci of the video quality your recomendations are welcome.
