Sorry, I haven't posted anything for a while. Here is a photo with some water drops I took in our garden yesterday..

Canon XTi with Canon 85mm lens and some extension tubes.
 
Holy smokes......that water bubble looks as if it's big enough to live in!

I only used curves, sharpening and so on over the whole image .. the center bubble did not receive any special treatment. I spent some time with my wife outside while she watered the garden. When I saw the big bubble in the center I told her "Wait! I have to get my camera". :)
 
This is about as perfect a shot I have ever seen of a water bubble on a flower. The little sparkle on it is impeccable. I am super jealous and at the same time, inspired. You saw the opportunity and captured it.

Just answered one of my questions too. You can get DOF with extention tubes.... Thanks.
