I had an opportunity to go on one of the "limited" hikes in Zion National Park over the weekend: The Subway. They have a lottery system set up and only allow 40 people per day to do it. A friend of mine called me up the night before and said he had an extra permit and asked if I wanted to go, and of course I said yes! I had been trying to get a permit for several months and was never able to draw out. It's about a 10 mile roundtrip hike, most of which is in or near the water and is mainly spent boulder-hopping (which made for a few spills and some very sore legs the next day).
Here's a few of my favorites from the trip, let me know what you think! All were shot with a Canon 5D mkII with a 24-105L lens
