Watercolor Girls

I was messing around with this photo of my niece and daughter last night, my daughter is in the red top, looking for a good effect and came up with this. It's more than just a simple watercolor effect and to be honest I am now trying to remember exactly what i did to get to this point. It was pretty early in the AM.

Yeah, when I took the photo it was just a snapshot among others of the day. There was no real purpose to the photo other than a memory of the girls together as they are little but I ended up liking it quite a bit. Thanks for the response.
