I think Giclee means $$cam more than anything now. Reputable printers should be open about the inks and printer they use, particularly for work that is going to be sold. There is a huge variation in image quality and predicted longevity among watercolor inkjet prints (besides the skill of the operator) and without knowing that it's difficult to give advice.
