The white part of the stream is too blue IMO. Need to warm up the temperature a little bit.

Can I ask what settings you used on the camera? Simplest terms as possible please, I'm a newbie! I'm assuming a slow shutter speed and a tripod are required?

Yup.. Not as slow as you think though.. maybe 1/8 of a sec? What did you use 8ball?

1.3s @ f11 made the water look like plastic. Here is what you get @ 1/30s @ f4:

Depends how fast the water is moving. Best thing is trial and error, every scene is different.

I don't think there is such thing as "too long" as long as its not like 10+ seconds lol... The longer, the more silky.

Some like the silky/plastic look but I prefer it to look like what it is - water.
