Waterfall Take 2

so still waiting on my ND filters, i decided to go out the other day with it being overcast. i went to same spot and was able to get slower speeds with shutter. Here is the first try, and posted here are the second try. also the borders if you can give any suggestions about it i just finally remembered how to do it in CS5.

I like the first one the best.

I think there is something about the lack of greenery in the photo that makes it a little different than your "standard" waterfall shot.

I would maybe try to bring a little more detail back into the water using curves or even just the shadow/highlight tool.
