I like it and think it works well as a B&W with nice tones and contrast, but I'd like to see a bit more on the right. This looks a little too tight for my eye as it is.

There's a lot to like here, but I do feel like the composition is just too tight.
Those falls need some room to breath - either portrait or landscape spacing would have helped I think.
It's not a bad shot, it just lacks room for context.
