Wedding at the Huguenot Loft this past weekend!

Pretty decent. I like the consistency of style and vision that is maintained throughout the entire set, start to finish. These have a lot of "style" and "feeling"in them. Some people might quibble on various technical matters, but the important thing seems to be that you can actually SHOOT. And you shoot pretty damned well, too. i just LOVE how a number of these images have little, glorious visual surprises, little bits of VERY telling detail, tucked into delicious places in the frame.

Wow, love the way you use reflections, and space - in some having the couple off in the distance gives some sense of magnitude, I particularly like the B&W that's mostly black with a hint of angular shapes with the couple in a doorway off in the distance. Wonderful set of photos.

Funny you say that. She actually photographed my wedding last year and definitely influenced my style a good amount. I wouldn't say my style is 100% her's but it is similar in some aspects.

Thanks, I love that shot as well. It took a few minutes to get them up there and run back downstairs but i think it was worth it!

WOW. I can't believe she photographed your wedding! I can totally see her in your work. That is a good thing. It is nice when you find someone you admire, and then you can take some off their strengths and then make them your own. BTW, I love her. Her work is amazing. The like the way she uses contrast, depth, and composition to really bring in the viewer.
