love the colors in #1 but the horizon kills it for me.

Sorry, but these pictures just don't do it for me. The lighting on a few of the indoor shots kills it.

just noticed too in the first one, youve got to be careful where your shadow falls.
looks like youve got your shadow and someone else's. not ideal.

edit...
after closer examination, i dont think your shadow is there, but the one on the right is still a bit distracting.
