weird thing coming in my photos

hi i am new to photography and i have encountered a big problem please help me

I am going to go ahead and say that a lot on here would rather you just post the photo in the forum rather than linking to your own Flickr profile. However, for your photo, it looks as if your shutter speed was too long and the "mosaic" style look that you are getting is from the camera moving (camera shake) while your photo is being taken (or, if it was a very windy day, the tree itself could be swaying in the wind, too). Use a shorter shutter speed.

I'm guessing that ^^ to be the case, but the image is very small; perhaps host a larger version on a better website so that we could see some detail?

It looks more out-of-focus than anything. I'd say use a longer shutter speed and stop the lens down. Lower the ISO as well.
