it will be here sat.. I may have to hold off for a few lenses n settle for a tamron as my first lense what will this lense be good for

I'm not sure what you're asking about there, unless you were typing from a phone and "book" was an accidental auto-correct, haha. But for questions like this you might wanna start your own thread to get better answers. I was just welcoming everyone, I'm not the technical guru here :sexywink:
