What am i doing wrong please help

OK my model is gone by i did some recommended adjusting... bumped ISO to 800.. bumped main flash to 100% power at 1/160 5.6... The exposure on this is as shot..the only thing i did was bump the blacks up by 2...

I also have a white back drop which i havent used yet... oh boy im sure that will be another exposure nightmare lol
