What colour reflector do you use for portraits

I am looking at buying a reflector instead of using a car sun shield! as I am soon doing an official portrait for one of my husbands friends.

I have been looking into the different colours and wondering what is most used-see pol

if you wouldn't mind answering by telling me what and why you use, the most, not sure if I will get a five in one type or just one reflector at the moment.

also when shooting indoors and bouncing the flash would you also use a reflector?

i use a the reversible type..... 36 inch.... gold, silver, white, black, and a diffuser in the middle.... collapses to about 12 inches and fits in the camera bag....

ps - the diffuser is really handy IMO...

+1. Never heard of one with black in it however, might be useful. My 5 in 1s are White, Warm white (Gold/white), Silver, Gold and Diffuser. I'd suggest a 36" and a 12".
