In this I wanted to create a photo that would kind of give off a feeling of
interest....
I really wanna know if anyone feels anything from looking at this....
Ya know, My art teacher always says, Its not always about what you try to say using art, its what the viewers see.
So please, tear me up with your comments Good/bad...

It's almost too small to critique. It seems really dark and hard to see. It could be interesting, but I think it would need to be larger to really critique and see everything.

It is a little small but here is my take...

I like the idea but the window in the background is really taking away from the subject. Viewers are usually drawn to the brightest spots and with this being so dark, it's hard to really look at the eyes. Even if I just cover the window with my finger, it looks a lot better to me.

You could also shed a little more light on the subject, or maybe not. I like that there are small catch lights in the eyes but I think they could be a bit brighter to really give life to the eyes.

I agree, small photo and dark picture - I think your metering has been taken from the window I would try spot meter and focus on the girl's eyes for your next.. maybe try cut out some of that direct light...
