Very nice, it gives me a shudder of warmth the first time I look at it. Who cares what it really is, the light from the subject made me smile and it is vaire vaire christmassy.

It's a good idea, but I agree that it's very hard to tell just what it is at first. Maybe if the candles were slightly more separated, and you could see at least one of the wicks with the flame, it would be nicer?

I like the idea of the candle holder. The light on the left is distracting, however.

I'd love to see a human element added though, maybe a hand, maybe a hand lighting the candle..?
