What do you think

These were actualy taken for my friends english project but i thought they came out kind of neat. They were shot with my very inexpensive point and shoot, but what do you think of the concept of these photos?

I would try cropping the patch of sunlight (?) out of the second one. My eyes are drawn right to it...

Think this is any better. I also added just a simple border and cropped out some of the extra space to the right of the picture.

I normally dont like 'unused' space but in #2 it looks awesome!
I like IamRB's version better. The border really helps. So does the crop on the bottom.

Thanks for the comments neea. I too dont usualy like unused space but i just thought that it looked good for this one picture.

I fixed this one a little bit after thinking what i did to make the other one better. I took out some excess space that was on the left and i took the bottom of the picture up just a little. I think it makes the rays of light a little more focused in the picture.

I liked the cropped and bordered version of the second one, excellent!!!
