What happened and how do I solve it?

Thank you bennielou for the tips and also the condolences. We were able to keep Dad home with us for the last 6 years, it was hard but wonderful. AN IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL: PLEASE...take pictures, pictures, pictures of your loved ones for one day they will no longer be with you, but their memory will live on in the wonderful photos you took of them. I am SO glad I did so.
