What kind of caterpillar?

Any one seen these before or know what kind of caterpillar it is? I thought it looked a little crazy!

Not a clue... would love to know though. Never saw one that looked like it had human teeth growing out of it's back before.

Very interesting. The males have these crazy awesome antenni and the females are flightless and look like the insect version of a Furbee.
