red shouldered ? coopers??

yeah i was thinking coopers, only reason i tough that was the shape of its head was simulare to the grey hawk photo i had where everyone seemed to think it was a coopers,

so many hawks just have the same markings, with my field book or even looking at images of different hawks online i just cant tell the things apart that well.

Identify Raptors in Flight
 
i guess what throws me off is most of are white with brown/red spots under the wings when you see them flying, and when there setting some place the part of the wings you see is generally a dark brown or at least spotted

i think i have the read tailed hawks down and the ospreys but most of them have very similar color schemes
 
I am leaning towards Cooper's. Very nice

I can tell you it's NOT a Red-Shouldered. Alas, my hawk ID skills are limited.
If I had to guess, I'd say Cooper's. But that's exactly what it is, a guess.
